July 22 – 12:00 PM – Emotions and Your Children – Great for parents (especially those who have young children) to discuss talking about feelings and how to cope with those big emotions.
July 29 – 12:00 PM – Time Management – It is certainly different now than it used to be whether or not your workplace changed, but the time management priority matrix can still help you, we just may have to define those categories differently when everything feels urgent and important.
August 5 – 12:00 PM – Come Together by Cooking Together – It can be beneficial to do regular household activities (cooking, folding laundry, dusting, gardening, etc) together as a couple or as a family, you may be surprised what you notice about each others when you do.
August 12 – 12:00 PM – Practicing Positivity – it is increasingly difficult to hear someone say “stay positive” and believe that it is possible but there are small tweaks you can make to your daily habits and patterns that can make a difference. Looking at the language you (and those around you) use internally and externally and bringing it to a more neutral or positive place can take some of the weight off of your worry.
August 19 – 12:00 PM – Managing the Swing Between High and Low Energy Days – You have probably noticed some inconsistency in your energy on any given day. It can make problem solving, motivation, and managing work and home difficult. How can you find what works for you?
August 26 – 12:00 PM – Managing Stress in a Transition – It is easy to say that stressful patterns need a plan for resolution but what about when the patterns are shifting? How can you recognize and address the patterns when they aren’t as obvious and when we feel less in control?
